This website is operated by The Khromas, headquartered in Punta Alta, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The content on this site is informational and does not constitute legal or technical advice, nor a binding contractual offer.
The services described are provided exclusively under a signed contract between The Khromas and the client, with scope, SLAs and terms defined in each proposal. The trademarks and logos are property of The Khromas.
Privacy policy
We process personal data in accordance with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and, where applicable, the European GDPR. We collect only the data necessary to respond to business inquiries and deliver contracted services.
- The data you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t spam or share data with third parties.
- Telemetry processed in our services belongs to the client. The Khromas acts as data processor, never as data controller.
- You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@thekhromas.com.
Responsible disclosure
If you found a vulnerability in our systems, we want to know. Write to security@khromas.com (PGP key available on request) with technical details and reproduction steps.
- We confirm receipt within 48 business hours.
- We won’t pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.
- Don’t access, modify or exfiltrate customer data; use your own test accounts.
- We coordinate public disclosure once the vulnerability has been remediated.
